• REGISTRATION SUBMISSION will be made only online via the conference website / online system
• REGISTRATION PAYMENT will be made either by credit card or bank transfer. 
(in case of bank transfer, a receipt of the payment must be sent to the email existential2023@symvoli.gr).

• Four day conference sessions (3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th May 2023)

*Day Pass Registration fee includes:
• One day conference sessions 
• Conference printed programme
• Coffee breaks during the registration day

MEMBERS (ALPE, FETE): should be registered by a representative of the ALPE or FETE association submitting the Group Registration form.
INDIVIDUAL STUDENT: Bachelor, Master students and PhD candidates can register using the student fee only if they provide a document that proves their student status.

GROUP REGISTRATION:

* Group Registration for a minimum of 20 participants is applicable and valid 
• only to ALPE & FETE members  
• to participants of the same country who are ALPE or  FETE members and who register by the early registration deadline (February 28th, 2023)

For the group registration:

• A group representative should fill, sign and send the Group Registration Form to existential2023@symvoli.gr by the 28th of February, 2023 (Early Registration deadline)
• Each member of the group should proceed with individual registration and payment online by the 28th of February, 2023 (Early Registration Deadline), indicating in the required field the group name they belong to

LOW INCOME COUNTRIES:

European countries having a net average wage less than 500€ per month.

REGISTRATION FOR THOSE PARTICIPATING WITH A PROPOSAL CONTRIBUTION:

Should be made by the Early Registration Deadline (28 February, 2023) in order to be included in the conference programme


CANCELLATION POLICY:
For cancellations made in writing to SYMVOLI | Conference & Cultural Management (existential2023@symvoli.gr) 
- until March 31st, 2023, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
- From April 1st until April 15th, 2023, the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative charge of 50€/person.
- From April 16th, 2023 the registration fee will not be refunded.
