FINANCIAL TERMS FOR PARTICIPANTS:
1. A credit card as a guarantee is mandatory for each reservation which will be charged with one night as a deposit on 03/04/2023 (non-refundable).
2. Payment of the final bill will be made upon departure either by credit card or cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PARTICIPANTS:
1. For any cancellation until 02/04/2023 there will be no cancellation fees.
2. For any cancellation from 04/03/2023 and up to 72 hours before their arrival, participants will be charged one night's cancellation fee.
3. Within the last 72 hours for any cancellation or reduction of stay or in case of no-show, participants will be charged full cancellation fees of the cancelled nights.
